1. Saute onions and garlic in 1 Tbs. oil. until golden brown. 2. Add ground beef and seasonings (of your choice). I used pepper, chili power, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Cyan pepper. Brown meat until no longer pink. 3. Add green peppers and cook for 2 min. Then add sauce and cook until heated. 4. Line the baking sheet with wax paper and place the zucchini on it. Fill zucchini with meat mixture. 5. Top with shredded cheese and scallion (optional). 6.
