All Natural Energy Drink
Looking for a way to boost your energy without using artificial, caffeinated beverages? This blend of fruits and veggies is perfect as a meal substitute, as a body cleanse or just as a pick-me-up without the quick drop-me-down.
Ingredients:
1 green apple, cored
1 lemon, peeled
1/2 cucumber
1/2 head of Romaine lettuce
2 celery sticks
2 stalks of kale
handful of parsley
Directions:
1. Use a juicer to process all fruits and veggies.
2. Strain out any solids.
3. Chill or serve over ice.
