Directions:
1. First, you will need to blow up one water balloon for each bowl needed.
2. Next, melt the chocolate in a pot on low heat continuing to stir and scraping the sides of the pot to keep it as clean as you can. 3. Put a sheet of wax or parchment paper in the tray. Put about 1 TBSP of chocolate on it. Spread the chocolate evenly and in a circular motion to create a small circle which will be the base of the bowl. |

4. Place the rest of the melted chocolate in a small bowl. Allow the chocolate to cool to room temperature while stirring occasionally.
5. Now, hold the balloon by the knot. Dip the bottom into the bowl of melted chocolate. Then quickly put the balloon onto the circular base on the wax paper.
