Heart Kabobs
These healthy valentine treats will leave your children begging for more.
Ingredients:
watermelon
honeydew melon
cantaloupe
6 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
small heart shaped cookie cutter
1 Tbsp. thawed orange juice from concentrate
1 Tbsp. honey

How To:
- Slice fruit about 1 inch thick. Then use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut hearts into sliced fruit.
- Use a toothpick to poke a hole in each fruit heart, from top to bottom. Next, carefully press Popsicle stick into fruit pieces.
- Stir yogurt, orange juice and honey in a small bowl. Serve with heart kabobs.
