How to Make Chinese Pastel Tea Eggs
Supplies Needed:
boiled eggs
food coloring
cups for each color
*Note: No vinegar needed or else you will be creating a pickled egg ;)

Directions:
1. Place 1 Tsp. liquid food coloring into each cup and fill 3/4 full with water.
2. Use the back of a spoon to lightly tap all around the egg to crack it. You can also lightly squeeze it with your fingers to make more cracks but try not to split the shell or you will create dark spots instead.
3. Place 1-2 eggs inside the cup, depending on the size of cup, and refrigerate for a minimum of 3-4 hours with 3 hours being the perfect amount of time for vibrant looking eggs.
4. Then, remove the shell to see your beautiful creation. These would look great as colorful deviled eggs for Easter dinner. So, don't worry, they are safe to consume!
